You will always receive a 50% discount at our Central Office Location.

Individual Plan

This Plan is ideal for an uninsured or under-insured individual/single person who wants to save on a variety of medical expenses or out-of-pocket expenses from rising deductibles.

Family Plan

Designed with families of all sizes in mind, this Plan covers you, the enrolled member, plus any member of your household (as long as they are considered a dependent or spouse under IRS guidelines).
