Product Description:

* DVRx plans have a $15 one time processing fee and MDVRx plans have a $25 one time processing fee.

You will receive the membership card with your personal identification number within one to two weeks of enrollment. For the family option, the membership card will contain your enrolled membership number and are valid for you and all family members. The membership card must be activated within 24-48 hours of receipt. To activate the card call (732) 229-3344 Monday – Friday 9AM - 5PM. For a Spanish-speaking representative, call Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4PM – 8PM.

NJHWN is not health insurance but a discount medical plan with local participating providers. NJHWN provides discounts for its members at certain contracted healthcare providers for medical services. This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all healthcare services but will receive a discount from those independent healthcare providers who participate in our network.
